In Georgia there is deep sorrow about the death of a Georgian Women now found dead. Until she was found, people were still hoping for her to be found alive. Many were praying for her. But now that is past, she is dead and will never come back.
There is no discussion here about what could have been done for this not to happen. There is no anger. People see what happened as a terrible tragedy. No discussion about radical people, about fanatics, but just deep sorrow. People try to find a way to deal with their sorrow, and they help family, neighbors and friends to do the same.
The way people react follows a pattern that is quite common for people here. Politics are to a great degree fate. And fate you cannot change. They do not see politics as something they can influence. Maybe a small crowd in Tbilisi, but for most people politics happen.
